Sebastian had to fly from Hong Kong to understand how to apply his muscles in the golf swing.
"You can practice as much as you want, but without starting with sound principles and building on them, how will you improve your game?"
"Understanding, a deep understanding," has been the main thing that Sebastian has learned this week.
"By Tuesday Greg had showed me the correct grip. Previously I was holding the club too much in the palm of my hand. Greg showed me how to hinge and release using the core muscles. Previously I was pushing the ball with the wrist. Now I'm using the right muscles, following through with my hips and getting the sequence right"
